THE EVERYDAY CHALLENGE

A missing part is only
part of the problem.

When stock records and conversations live in different places, even a simple request becomes difficult to follow.

WHEN WORK IS DISCONNECTED

“Who approved it?
Has it been issued?”

  • Stock availability takes time to confirm.
  • Requests get buried in follow-up conversations.
  • Issue records are difficult to connect to an aircraft.
  • Reports need manual checking and preparation.
WITH A SHARED WORKFLOW

One request.
A clearer path forward.

  • Check recorded stock in one workspace.
  • See which requests need a decision.
  • Follow approved requests through issuing.
  • Review movements and prepare useful reports.

A PLACE FOR THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Your aircraft. Your stock.
Your operation, connected.

Practical tools for the parts and consumables your maintenance teams rely on.

Aircraft records

Give every aircraft a place in your operation. Connect parts requests to the aircraft that needs them.

Parts & consumables

Find stock by part details, track quantities and keep serviceability information close to the record.

Controlled approvals

Give supervisors a clear queue to review, approve or reject requests with a reason.

Stock movements

Record issues and adjustments so your team can follow how a stock balance changed.

Low-stock visibility

See which items need attention before your team starts searching for an unavailable part.

Useful reports

Turn everyday records into organized reports for stock, requests, aircraft usage and follow-up.

FROM NEED TO RECORD

Every handover has a next step.

A straightforward path from an engineer's request to a recorded stock issue.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few useful answers.

Have a question about your own process?
Let's talk about it →

Who is Skybridge for?

Aircraft operators, maintenance teams and aviation stores that need a clearer way to organize aircraft parts, stock requests, approvals and issuing.

Can anyone create an account?

No. Accounts are arranged for an organization and its authorized users. Existing users can sign in; new organizations can request a demonstration.

Can we manage parts and consumables?

Yes. The workflow covers parts and consumable inventory, recorded quantities, requests and stock issues. A demonstration can show the fields relevant to your operation.

Who approves and issues requests?

Supervisors review requests; storekeepers issue approved requests. Company roles and permissions determine which actions each user can perform.

Does this replace our maintenance procedures?

No. Skybridge supports operational records and coordination. Your approved maintenance procedures, airworthiness decisions and regulatory responsibilities remain with your organization.

Will other companies see our records?

Workspaces are organized by company and access is assigned to authorized users. The demonstration can explain the boundaries and roles used by your team.

Can we print reports?

Reporting includes company-branded print and PDF workflows for the relevant inventory and request records. Ask for a walkthrough of the reports your team needs.
